The following nightly charges are based on Disney’s published “rack rates” for all the Walt Disney World Moderate Resorts - i.e. this is the rate you would be charged if you called the Reservation Center and were not entitled to any special discounts.

From 2008 onwards, Disney have introduced a per-night pricing structure which means that each night of a stay may be charged at a different rate, as opposed to the block system used previously. For example, Friday and Saturday nights are now generally more expensive than weeknights, etc. Also, some public holidays such as Independence Day and Thanksgiving are charged at a premium rate. Thus the total cost of any vacation stay must now be calculated on a night-by-night basis.

• Standard View rooms normally feature two double beds. Double rooms located within the Alligator Bayou section of Riverside normally feature an extra pullout “trundle bed” at no extra cost. Please enquire about the availability of extra fold-up beds in other sections of the resort.
• Water View rooms will have either a river or a pool view, but although you can request one or the other there is no guarantee of which you’ll receive.
• King Bed rooms feature one king-size bed only and have a maximum occupancy of two persons. There is only a limited quantity of these rooms - just 62 in French Quarter for example.
• There are some connecting rooms at the resort which may be requested when you make your booking, but this is also not be guaranteed.
• Disney charge an additional $15 per night for each extra adult (aged 17 or over) when more than two adults are staying in a room (i.e. for a third, fourth or fifth adult).
• Additional children are free. Cots/cribs (Pack’n’Play) for the very young are available upon request.
• Prices are quoted in US Dollars and do not include the 12.5% Florida resort tax which must be added to any booking.
• If you book directly with the Disney Reservation Center you will only pay a one-night deposit in advance, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. Cancellation for room-only bookings is normally available until six days before arrival (or 45 days for package bookings) but please check Disney’s Terms & Conditions for full details.
• Some discounts on the basic room rack rates may be available, it never hurts to ask! For example, you can usually get a 15-20% discount for AAA membership and Annual Passholder rates are also sometimes available (but they tend to sell out quickly once the dates are released by Disney).

The 2007 seasonal structure is given below for reference. The price for an entire stay was based on the costing for the first night - for example, an entire two-week stay commencing on 19 December would have been charged at Value season rate.
