First stay at POR August 22-28, 2013

Cast: 2 adults, 1-6 year old and 1-2 year old
One adult travelling with a walker, rented a scooter from Apple scooters for the week. Great service and good price.
2-year old travelling in our own stroller till we reached the resort - stored it in baggage services, and used a double stroller from Apple for touring the Parks.
Our room request was faxed by our TA a few days before our arrival, but upon checkin, we found that we'd been assigned to a 2nd floor room, and that no refrigerator was available for Insulin storage. CM at checkin managed to move us to room 1414 (we had booked AB preferred room - this room was River View, with a garbage can in direct line of the river view.) For a fridge, we were told to fill our ice bucket and use the disconnected fridge as an ice box.
Resort was beautiful, pools nice, and housekeeping and dining adequate. Chef Wes was able to provide excellent choices of gluten-free food for one of us from both Boatwright's and the food court! Refillable mug program was purchased for length of stay, and worked well. We noted that there were no Code readers on hot drinks.
Altogether, we found this to be a nice resort for this trip, but even the 6-year old said that he liked the Caribbean Beach Resort better!
