Hi Everyone I'm new to this forum and don't know how to start a new thread (i'll learn)
Ok so we have 11 people in our group ...most of them are in their early 20's and couples. Reluctant to share rooms!!!! Is it possible to get double rooms only at riverside (or any other disney resort?) We've never stayed in a disney hotel so need a little help....thanks

All of the rooms at Port Orleans feature two Queen Size beds. Unlike the UK, most American hotels sell "per room", not on a "per person" basis - however if more than two adults want to share one room, there is a nightly surcharge of $15 per extra person (and that figure is due to be increased in 2018). There is no surcharge for under 18s, so a family of two adults and two kids would only pay the regular rate, whereas four adults would pay $30 per night extra.
You can get a room with just one King Size bed for two people, but that's actually an upgrade rate, not a reduction, so not really helpful for what you are describing.
