Food court item

When I was looking thru the photos here (for about the 50th time!), I noticed that there was a different kind of iced tea dispenser in the Riverside MIll food court in 2007. The iced tea they had when I was there in January was absolutely awful. I didn't try to figure out who to complain about this to, but I wish they could improve on it before the next time I go. Any thoughts on how to go about it?
