please help, im about to send a fax to put in a request for a room in oak manor, just wondering do i need to quote any booking references, we booked through first choice travelling with thomson airways - do i need to put our booking reference or will our name and address be enough info.
Also it will be daughters 3rd bday the day after we arrive, should i mention this in our fax.

Yes, add your booking reference if possible (the 12-digit Disney one if you've got it). And DEFINITELY tell them that it's your daughter's 3rd birthday - tell everyone, in fact! Make sure it's mentioned on any dining reservations too, and do get her a birthday badge at guest relations too. Have a great time!
